Refund and Returns Policy
What kind of products can you return and which you cannot return?
We hope that you love all your purchases from Rally Stand. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 10 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items:
- Any Custom Printed Apparel or Products with a School name, City, Zip Code or Business Name
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at connect@shoprallycry.com.Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders, or intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)The goods must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. When trying on any Products which are clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the Product. We do not accept the return of any Product where there is evidence that the care instructions have not been followed.
How do I return my order?
Please email the packing slip and product images to connect@rallystand.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please ship items back within 8 days of delivery.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded.
Returns must arrive at our location within 15 days from the date the package is received. Items received after this period are accepted only at the discretion of Rally Stand. Once the quantity and condition are verified, we will process the refund in 5 business days.
Damages and issues
We’re sorry if your order doesn’t arrive as expected. We know how important it is for you to be in perfect condition and we’ll do our best to try and solve the problem. Please send us a picture of the item and packing slip as soon as possible and the date that you would need the replacement order by and we will take care of the rest. How do I cancel my order?
Please email us at connect@rallystand.com within 24 hours of purchase. After this timeframe we can bot guarantee cancelation.
